Grand Valley Lanthorn

Amy McNeel
Amy McNeel is the Lanthorn's Print Associate Editor for the 2019-2020 school year, previously serving as 2018-2019 Laker Life Editor and a 2017-2018 opinion columnist. Amy is a senior at GVSU studying writing and communications. After her expected graduation in the spring of 2020, she hopes to break into the publishing world.

Although currently working in journalism, Amy's first love was creative and technical writing. Today, she enjoys the diversity of her writing assignments and is grateful to have a holistic knowledge of writing and the writing industry. When not writing articles, papers or personal essays, you can find Amy hanging out with her dogs, reading (probably 19th century literature), or eating (lots).
