Institutional Research and Evaluation, Inc. named Grand Valley State University one of America’s 100 Best College Buys for the 19th year in a row.

According to the report, GVSU’s high academic performance and low cost allowed it to be chosen for the list more times than any other Michigan university. GVSU exceeded many of the criteria: the average GPA for incoming freshmen was 3.5, while the national average was 3.3, and the average ACT score at GVSU was 24, compared with a national average of 23 for fall 2013.
