Events focusing on mental health will take place on Grand Valley State University’s campus from Oct. 8 through the 12th. The main event will be a presentation entitled “KnowResolve – Promoting Mental Health, Preventing Youth Suicide” by Dennis Liegghio, who will openly share his personal story, his music, and tips for coping with stress, depression, and emotional overload. The event will take place in the Pere Marquette Room from 6-10pm. Other events throughout the week include a partner Fear/Dream event with To Write Love on her Arms, signing of a banner for Love is Louder, and depression screening on October 11th.
