Grand Valley State University students will celebrate the beginning of the school year with the Laker Traditions Team at the annual Laker for a Lifetime Kickoff Party. The event is hosted by Future Alumni Association, Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society and the Student Senate. The party will include food, dancing, games and a gift for every attendant as supplies last. The event will take place Aug. 21 at 9 p.m. in Parking Lot C near the Fieldhouse Arena.
