The Grand Valley State University Student Senate hosted a 5K run Run with Love on Nov. 3 on the Allendale campus. All the proceeds from the race are going to the Battle of the Valleys’ charity this year: The Mental Health Foundation of West Michigan. The foundation was also present at the race to provide students with more information about itself and its cause. Student Senate encourages students to donate to the charity through any of their fundraisers, which includes buying a t-shirt when available or donating a debit dollar.
