The Michigan Alternative and Renewable Energy Center will conduct a panel of environmental, public policy, and business experts will elaborate on the pros and cons of Proposal No.3, which will increase the Michigan renewable portfolio t0 25 percent by 2025. This panel will discuss an array of different perspectives on this proposal, which will be on the Nov. 6 ballot. This event will take place on Oct. 22, from 6-7:30 p.m. at MAREC, 200 Viridian Dr., Muskegon, which is free and open to the public.
