Art by GVSU alumni to hang in Lansing House of Representative

The artwork of Danielle Fritz and Monica Lloyd, both recipients of a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University, will have their art displayed in the Michigan House of Representatives’ Anderson House Office Building in Lansing. “The Boy at the Window” was created by Fritz, and Lloyd’s piece titled “Five” was also selected. Both art pieces will be exhibited in the building through September 2014. The pieces were selected as part of the Art in the House Project, which is in its ninth year and displays artwork done by students from each of the 15 public universities in Michigan.
