WGVSU HD held on-air interviews with U.S. Sen. Debbie Stabenow and former U.S. Rep. Pete Hoekstra. Both candidates were interviewed individually by the same panelists. Panelists asked questions ranging in different topics, including the economy, federal spending, health care reform, immigration and foreign policy. The panelists were Tim Martin from the Mlive Media Group and Carole Valade with Gemini Publications. In addition, WGVSU’s Patrick Center acted as moderator. “Decision 2012: U.S. Senate Candidate Forum” was aired Oct. 24 at 8 p.m.
