Students interested in volunteering with the Peace Corps should attend the “Gain Real World Experience: Peace Corps Information Session.” The event is taking place tomorrow from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Kirkhof Center room 2266. Kera Halvorson, a representative from the Johnson Center for Philanthropy, will talk about volunteer experiences, answer questions and guide students through the application process. Halvorson served in Ghana from 2010 to 2012 doing HIV testing, Malaria education programs and basic sanitation projects. Registration is not required to attend the event.
