Students living on campus will begin to start paying more for room and board in the fall of 2013. The Board of Trustees voted to increase the rate by 1.6 percent. The increase will amount to an additional $40. The cost of the 14-meal plan per semester will also by $40 to cost $1,300. For fall 2012, 5,855 students lived on campus, and 7,387 students purchased a meal plan. Both on-campus housing and purchase of meal-plans reached an all-time high.
