Grand Valley State University’s Fall Arts Celebration will honor the life of the Dutch contemporary artist Cyril Lixenberg, whose work can be seen throughout GVSU’s buildings and campuses. The exhibit will be open from Aug. 23 through Nov. 1 in 1121 Performing Arts Center. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Thursday hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The exhibit is free and open to the public. A reception for the artist will also be held 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sept. 11.
