Steve Brown, a criminal justice major at Grand Valley State University, is working at his hot dog cart in downtown Grand Rapids three days a week during ArtPrize to earn money to give to the WGVU LZ Veterans scholarship fund. Ten percent of his hot dog cart sales will be donated to the scholarship fund. A veteran of the U.S. Army and National Guard, he also spends time working with the GVSU Veterans Network, which is a group that helps veterans on campus and in the community. Look for Brown and his Grand Rapids hot dog cart Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
