Human Resources at Grand Valley State University has released a new website that lists resources for faculty and staff members to use for conflict resolution. The Conflict Resolution Process lists a range of tools from mediation services to formal grievance procedures. The site also provides the appropriate person to contact depending on the specific conflict. Twenty-five members of the GVSU faculty and staff have been trained as mediators.
