The Grand Valley State University student organization Alternative Breaks and the Community Service Learning Center are sponsoring this month’s service event from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday. The event is LIB 100/ LIB 201 approved.

Participants will travel to Comprenew, a local nonprofit organization that works toward environmental care by educating others on how to recycle old electronics. Participating students will help take apart old computers to salvage the parts.
