Louie the Laker headed north to Traverse City to help second graders celebrate March is Reading Month.

Tanya Darling, ’03 and ’08, invited Louie to Courtade Elementary School on March 20 to read to her second-grade class.

Darling’s room is decorated with lots of Laker items and she said she enjoys talking about Grand Valley to her students.
