History professor Gretchen Galbraith has been chosen to be the new associate dean for Faculty Resources and Scheduling of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Galbraith has been an active faculty member, holding positions such as chair of the history department from 2007-2011 and interim director of the Honors College from 2005 to 2006. In May, Galbraith will take over as associate dean from professor Gary Stark, who has held the position for the past 10 years.
