Valentine’s Day Paint and Sip

Campus Activities Board and Alcohol & Other Drugs Services are hosting a paint and sip event on Feb. 13 from 7-8 p.m. in the Kirkhof Center’s Pere Marquette Room.

The event is alcohol-free, but there will be themed mocktails for students to enjoy while painting. The event will be free, and students are encouraged to RSVP through LakerLink.

Valentine’s Day Stuff-a-Stuff

On Feb. 14, from 12-1 p.m. the Campus Activities Board is hosting an event where students can stop by their table in the Kirkhof Center lobby to stuff a free stuffed animal.

Stuffed animals are on a first-come, first-serve basis as there are only 100 plushes available. More information is available here.

Open Mic Poetry night

The Campus Activities Board is hosting an open mic poetry event on Feb. 16 from 6-7 p.m. in Kirkhof Center Room 0058, the Thornapple room. This event is free and there will be light snacks and refreshments. More information is available through LakerLink.

Asian New Year Festival

The Asian Student Union is hosting a celebration on Feb. 17 to celebrate the Asian New Year. At the event, there will be a showcase of Asian cultures through performances, dancing and free food. It will be a semi-formal event, so participants are encouraged to dress accordingly.
