The L. William Seidman Center, Grand Valley State University’s newest building project that will become the new home of the Seidman College of Business, received another boost in its fundraising campaign today.

David Frey, co-chair of the Share in a Common Future Campaign for the Seidman College of business announced a challenge today at the L. William Seidman Center ground breaking ceremony. The lead gift donors for the campaign, the DeVos family, will now match, dollar-for-dollar, all new and additional gifts made to the Seidman Center from now until June 30, 2012.

Fundraising for the $40 million building project has already generated $23 million of the $25 million in private funds needed for the L. William Seidman center, which will span 110,000 square feet and rise four stories tall.
