GV offers new international opportunities

Grand Valley State University has created new opportunities for engineering and computing students who hope to complete internships or study abroad. The Padnos College of Engineering and Computing has joined up with Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Switzerland, and the University of Cooperative Education, Mosbach in Germany. The two international-education partnerships involve faculty, staff and student exchanges. Three Grand Valley students plan to complete internships in Germany during the fall, and Samhita Rhodes, professor of biomedical engineering, will spend a semester at the university on sabbatical. A group of Grand Valley computing students will also head to Switzerland for the summer as they participate in the exchange program.
