Wow, you truly put your voice out there on the Vagina Monologues which makes me believe I should have mine as well. I actually believe you missed the entire point on the Vagina monologues and think it was one big mistake to have put that out there seeing the rage you put upon many women, and men, on this campus. That cartoon is just another experience to me. I have to say that by you working in the Lanthorn, you did not read the recent article on the Vagina Monologues and what it is all about. If you dont know what exactly it is about, then maybe there shouldnt be a cartoon like that. I understand that there are people that probably thought the same thing that your cartoon depicted but instead of telling them more information on what it is really about, you go ahead and plummet the whole idea of it. The Vagina Monologues should be compared to other issues that are taboo here in this conservative city. All it is are womens experiences that people do not talk about. I mean, I would like to mention the fact that you didnt pick one of the monologues that talked specifically about rape and or about the guy that cheated on his wife. Thank you for giving me more of a voice. But next time, get all facts straightened out.
