Grand Valley State University will celebrate the achievements of four female Laker alumna athletes on Saturday, Feb. 21.

The celebration is titled “Celebrating Women in Sport and Physical Activity” and will honor Lorin Cartwright, ’79; Susan Korzinek, ’83; Jill Meerman, ’88; and Anna Tollefson, ’09.

The event starts at 4 p.m. at the Alumni House before the GVSU women’s basketball game. The $25 cost for tickets goes toward food and drinks along with a $15 donation aimed to help students.
