Amber Roberts has recently been named the director of the Counseling and Career Development Center on campus. Bart Merkle, vice provost for Student Affairs and dean of students, made the announcement on Jan. 15. Roberts began working at the center in 2002. Her new role will include the responsibilities of serving as chief psychologist as well as the planning and leadership of both prevention and intervention services.
